How We Developed a Private-Label Water Dispenser Program for Hidrosalud's Pure Water Line
Our work with Hidrosalud on the Pure Water project in Spain began in late 2024 with product discussions and sample evaluation.
Hidrosalud evaluated three sample models and selected one floor-standing platform for further development. We then worked through the required interface, filtration, heating, refrigeration, printed-material and packaging changes before the project moved into its first 40HQ production order in 2025.
The approved configuration later continued into recurring container-scale production, with the same agreed product reproduced from one batch to the next.

From Three Samples to One Production Platform
The project did not start with a bulk order. Three different samples were supplied so the customer could compare product proportions, dispensing functions, internal construction and the scope for private-label adaptation.
The selected platform offered a taller floor-standing format suited to the intended European-market positioning. Its rounded black-and-white cabinet worked well for the range, while the mechanical structure remained straightforward for assembly, service and replacement-part access.

Adapting the Dispenser for the Pure Water Line
Once the platform was confirmed, the project moved into detailed OEM work. Each change had to be reflected in the approved specification and reproduced during production.
Heating Configuration
The heating-system configuration was adapted according to the confirmed project specification, changing the original internal-heating arrangement to an external-heating solution. The component choice, installation method and production checks were then aligned with the approved version.
Temperature Identification and Interface
Dedicated hot, ambient and cold identification graphics were added to the dispensing interface according to the confirmed product specification. Spanish-language printed materials were also prepared as part of the project-specific market adaptation.
Filtration and Private-Label Branding
The filtration layout was adapted to the confirmed water-treatment requirement. Pure Water branding was applied to the dispenser, relevant project components and packaging, keeping the private-label presentation consistent throughout the shipment.

European-Market Cooling and Documentation
The selected European-market configuration used an R600a refrigeration system, with the applicable compliance documentation aligned to the relevant model and technical configuration.

From the First 40HQ to Repeat Production
After sample approval and specification confirmation, the project moved into its first 40HQ production order in 2025. It subsequently continued through recurring container-scale production.
The key manufacturing task is repeatability. Heating and cooling components, filtration, interface markings, printed materials, branding, cartons and final appearance must stay aligned with the approved specification across production batches.

Private-Label Packaging and Export Preparation
Finished units are packed in project-specific Pure Water cartons carrying the required branding, product identification and handling information. Packaging is checked as part of the approved product.
After final packaging checks, the branded cartons were prepared and loaded for container shipment. They show the program moving from an approved sample into repeatable export production.
Pure Water in the Spanish Market
