Incoming Material & Component Inspection

Quality control begins before water dispenser assembly. Incoming components are checked against approved specifications to help ensure compatibility, consistency and reliable performance throughout production.

Assembly & In-Process Quality Control

After incoming materials are approved, assembly quality is controlled through defined in-process checks before the product proceeds to functional testing.

For RO water dispenser production, this stage focuses on the correct installation of filtration components, inlet and outlet tubing, cold water tank distribution, hot water tank connections, reject-water routing, maintenance drain routing, and electrical and cooling components.

In-process verification helps confirm that water paths are routed correctly, tubing and connectors are securely installed, electrical connections are properly assembled, and key water-circuit connections meet sealing requirements before the next testing stage.

Units that pass assembly and in-process verification are released for functional testing, while connection or assembly issues are corrected and rechecked before release. This process helps reduce avoidable defects early and supports more stable product quality throughout production.

Functional Performance & Safety Testing

After assembly and in-process quality checks are completed, water dispensers proceed to functional performance and safety-related verification before final inspection.

Testing focuses on the key operating functions of the product, including heating performance, compressor cooling, water flow and dispensing, RO purification performance, and control or indicator response. Depending on the product configuration, cold, room-temperature and hot water functions are verified according to the confirmed specifications.

Safety and control checks may also include grounding and electrical connections, temperature-control response, installed protection functions and a leakage recheck under operating conditions.

Products that meet the required functional criteria are released for final inspection. If an operating or performance issue is identified, the unit is adjusted, corrected and retested before proceeding to the next quality-control stage.

Final Inspection & Packaging Control

Final inspection focuses on product condition and order completeness, including appearance and workmanship, controls and indicators, faucets and dispensing areas, product labels, identification information, accessories and required documentation.

Packaging is then checked according to the confirmed order requirements. This may include PE bag protection, molded EPS foam, shipping cartons, carton markings, orientation information and packaging completeness.

Products and packaging that meet the required criteria are approved for shipment. If an inspection or packaging issue is identified, it is corrected and rechecked before release.

This final stage helps protect product condition, packaging consistency and order accuracy through handling and delivery.

Quality Records & Continuous Improvement

Inspection results, production issues and customer feedback provide useful information for ongoing quality improvement. Where applicable, relevant quality records are reviewed to identify recurring issues, support corrective actions and improve future production consistency.
